These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Portship, a sole proprietorship operating under the registered trade name "Portship" in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States ("Portship," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using portship.app and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Portship, or older if the minimum age of digital consent in your country is higher (up to 16 in parts of the European Economic Area). By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that we have collected information from a child below the applicable age, we will delete the account and associated data.
Portship wraps builder deployment URLs (Bolt, Vercel, Replit, Glitch, Bubble, Webflow, and others) into branded yourname.portship.app/slug links and a public portfolio at portship.app/@you, with live visit counts.
Your public portfolio and the projects you choose to show on it are publicly viewable by anyone with the link, and — when your portfolio is public and has at least one live project — may be indexed by search engines. You can set your portfolio to private (link-only, not indexed) and can hide individual projects. Your private visit counts are never shown to visitors.
We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service over time. We will not remove core paid functionality from an active Unlimited subscription without reasonable notice.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. Notify us promptly at support@portship.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Portship offers two plans: Free (10 routes, with a "Powered by Portship" footer on the public portfolio) and Unlimited ($5 USD per month, no route cap, no footer).
The Unlimited plan is billed monthly via Stripe and begins charging at signup — there is no free trial. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for where required.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refund is issued for the unused portion. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend Unlimited features until payment succeeds.
If you downgrade from Unlimited to Free (by cancellation or otherwise) while holding more than 10 routes, existing routes remain accessible but you will not be able to create new routes until you are within the Free limit, and the "Powered by Portship" footer will reappear on your public portfolio.
We may change our prices. For any increase, we will give active subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
You retain all ownership of the URLs, slugs, labels, profile information, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Portship a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, route, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service — including showing your public portfolio and redirecting your branded links. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except for de-identified aggregate data and backups retained for a limited period.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the destinations your links point to, and you represent that you have all rights necessary to publish them and that they do not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may not use Portship to:
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. If you believe content accessible through Portship infringes your copyright, send a notice to abuse@portship.app that includes: identification of the work; the infringing link; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Portship routes to deployments and content you host elsewhere and relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, and the AI builders you link to). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any linked destination or third-party platform. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Service, including the Portship name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Portship and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service, or use our marks, without our written permission.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including deletion of routes, analytics, handle, and profile, with handles tombstoned for 90 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that links or analytics will always be accurate or available. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portship will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including downtime or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Portship from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to email us at support@portship.app describing the dispute, and to allow 60 days for us to attempt to resolve it informally.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Portship that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Portship each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Virginia or, at your election, by remote hearing or in a venue convenient to you within the United States. Either party may instead seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying disputes.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@portship.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify active account holders by email at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use of Portship after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Portship regarding the Service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
For questions about these Terms or general support, email support@portship.app. To report abuse (phishing, malware, impersonation, copyright, or other violations), email abuse@portship.app.
